Experteer Overview
As a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager, you will blend people leadership with hands-on engineering to guide a specialized team in delivering high-quality software. You will balance architecture with people management, coordinating with stakeholders across the organization. You’ll design and oversee backend and microservices, implement robust CI/CD and IaC, and drive cloud-based solutions on Azure. Your work will shape technical strategy, ensure delivery excellence, and align engineering goals with business objectives.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent technical background
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing agile processes
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, microservices design, and scalable application development
• Hands-on or oversight experience with ADO Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS and core cloud services
• Ability to bridge high-level decisions with practical execution and optimization
