As Principal Data Engineer / Data Lead at Roche, you will steer data architecture and integration for the navify Cervical Screening digital solution. You’ll mentor senior engineers, collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders, and drive data-driven features across cross-functional teams. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance and architectural challenges

• Orchestrate DAu0026R engagement and delivery for digital products, coordinating with data experts, product owners, engineers, and clinicians

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in a Data Engineering role at principal or staff level
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience architecting large-scale cloud data platforms (AWS Glue, Google Dataflow, Azure Data Factory) and containerization/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Deep experience in data warehousing, advanced modeling (dimensional, data vault), and data governance
• Proven track record deploying massive-scale, highly concurrent data pipelines with Spark/Flink
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills for technical and executive audiences
