Experteer Overview
In this Senior ETL role you lead a squad of 6–9 engineers to optimize the end-to-end delivery cycle from idea to production. You balance hands-on coding and system design with leadership, ensuring delivery predictability, technical excellence, and rapid issue resolution. You guide conflict resolution and talent development while driving AI-native engineering practices. This position combines technical depth with people leadership to accelerate the squad’s impact in a fast-paced environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Deliver the squad's end-to-end development cycle with predictability and quality
• Spot and mitigate unrealistic estimates, fragile designs, and risk blind spots
• Spend ~50% of time on system design and ~20% on hands-on development (code reviews, unblock issues)
• Mediate interpersonal or cross-team conflicts to protect cohesion
• Drive talent density through growth calibration,



hiring involvement, and succession planning
• Lead emergency responses during critical incidents, with hands-on or coordinated efforts
• Champion AI-native engineering, agentic tooling, LLM workflows, and AI automation

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience with production code recently shipped
• Web, Mobile, Backend experience (Angular, Kotlin, Swift, Python, …)
• Desire or experience leading people while remaining an active technical contributor
• High emotional intelligence and resilience under pressure
• Strong unblocker with the ability to translate and synthesize rather than merely relay messages
• Based in Madrid and available to come into the office once a week
