Experteer Overview
In this role, you apply Siemens cybersecurity solutions to railway signalling projects within an application engineering context. You configure, integrate, and deploy Siemens security components to meet project requirements, working through extensive design and documentation phases. You collaborate with customers and the engineering team to justify cybersecurity architecture and ensure standards compliance. The position involves hands-on deployment on Linux-based systems, plus commissioning activities and travel for large-scale railway projects. It offers growth through both technical and management skill development.

• Author and maintain design documents, architectural descriptions, configuration specifications, and commissioning procedures
• Participate in design reviews, clarifications, and requirement negotiations with operators and system integrators
• Configure and deploy Siemens cybersecurity components (IAM, PKI, SIEM, etc.) on containerized Linux platforms
• Define and execute test cases to verify security requirements and integration with signalling systems




• Ensure outputs comply with cybersecurity standards and customer requirements
• Participate in commissioning activities and travel as needed
• Document technical discussions and decisions for stakeholders
• Troubleshoot integration issues between cybersecurity platform and endpoints
• Engage in system-level design discussions to defend cybersecurity architecture

Responsabilidades
• Linux system administration experience (CLI, services with systemd, scripting in Bash)
• Containers (Docker/Podman) experience
• Networking fundamentals and ability to derive configurations from diagrams
• Strong technical writing in English and Spanish
• Analytical and systematic mindset to interpret standards and specifications
• Familiarity with systems hardening, x509 certificate management, and authentication protocols (e.g., 802.1X) preferred
• Experience with git or Ansible considered a plus
• Autonomy and accountability in managing work packages
• C1 English and Spanish proficiency
