Experteer Overview
In this role you guide large-scale Workday delivery projects for global clients, shaping transformation programs from strategy through execution. You’ll work within the Workday Delivery/PM team to ensure high-quality, on-time, on-budget implementations and to coach others. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders, contribute to pre-sales and leverage AI-enabled accelerators to enhance delivery. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a general, inclusive environment.

• Mobilise and lead the right project team to deliver agreed solutions
• Manage senior client stakeholders, engagement finances and overall delivery quality (Phase 1 and/or Phase X)

• Mentor and coach consultants and project managers

Responsabilidades




• End-to-end ownership of Workday implementation (Phase 1 and/or Phase X)
• Experience delivering at least two Workday delivery engagements
• Stakeholder management, resource management, financial management, PMO, quality management
• Ability to travel as needed and manage teams and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment; strong analytical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in French and English
