In this role you will own the day-to-day operation of the enterprise Aruba LAN/WLAN estate, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. You will implement and continuously manage Aruba switching, controllers/APs, and ClearPass while guiding incident, problem, and change activities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable network and collaboration services, drive service improvements, and align spend with demand. A strong security posture, governance, and clear stakeholder reporting underpin this opportunity, with integral collaboration across time zones.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Aruba LAN/WLAN estate (campus, branch, site) ensuring availability, performance, and security
• Provide expert implementation and ongoing management for Aruba switching, wireless controllers/APs, ClearPass and related platforms
• Lead incident, problem, and change activities for Network u0026 Collaboration services with root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Support budget management for Network u0026 Collaboration services, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization
• Maintain asset lifecycle visibility (switching, wireless, licenses) and align renewals with demand and standards
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners to meet SLAs, escalate and restore services
• Support commercial activities (quotes, renewals, true-ups) and contribute to business cases
• Ensure network services comply with security policies and standards, maintaining documentation and baselines




• Support audits and remediation of findings with timely actions
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and site IT teams to deliver consistent services and a high-quality user experience
• Produce clear reporting on service health, risks, and capacity; contribute to governance forums and CAB
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, resilience, and efficiency through automation and standardisation
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and knowledge articles to aid support and faster incident resolution
• Contribute to roadmaps and lifecycle planning for LAN/WAN and related security services

Responsabilidades
• Expert-level Aruba LAN (switching) and Aruba WLAN (controllers/APs) experience in an enterprise
• Strong operations experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, incident/problem management, and change control for LAN/WLAN
• Working knowledge of SD-WAN concepts; VMware Velocloud SD-WAN experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of Zscaler suite (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) is advantageous for branch connectivity and user experience
• Experience managing budgets and renewals (forecasting, variance analysis, cost optimization) with vendor/procurement collaboration
• Clear communication skills with ability to produce concise technical documentation, service reporting, and stakeholder updates
