Experteer Overview
In this role you will help evolve Ebury’s core transactional platform for multi-currency accounts and payments. You’ll own design, scalability, and performance of high-volume money movements within a global engineering team. You’ll translate complex financial requirements into robust technical solutions and mentor others to uphold high engineering standards. This position offers global collaboration across regions and the chance to shape a resilient, distributed payment platform that scales with the business. Responsabilidades
• Proven track record designing, building, and maintaining large-scale, highly available software systems
• Hands-on experience in payments, fintech, or banking domains
• Tech-agnostic mindset with fluency in at least one major backend language
• Strong experience with distributed architectures, asynchronous messaging, and relational databases
• Experience with production readiness, APIs, external system integration, and observability
• Excellent written and spoken English communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
