Experteer Overview
In this role you drive material and component cost reduction, supply resilience, and margin improvement across global manufacturing sites. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost optimization opportunities while ensuring product performance and regulatory compliance. You’ll work with Procurement, Ru0026amp;D, Quality, Operations, and Suppliers to deliver impactful cost savings and supply continuity. This is a chance to shape a life-saving supply chain at Baxter, across multiple regions, with a focus on end-to-end project delivery and continuous improvement.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify total cost optimization opportunities across materials, components, and processes (insourcing, alternate sourcing, value engineering) aligned with site and Manufacturing Strategy
• Perform should-cost, clean-sheet, and teardown analyses
• Lead cross-functional technical teams through project planning and execution using engineering/scientific methods
• Build schedules, coordinate core team activity,



and guide technical support groups
• Support change control processes, validation, and implementation (e.g., cut-in planning)
• Facilitate cross-functional Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, and Cost Optimization events to generate and prioritize ideas

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (Mechanical, Materials, Plastics, Chemicals, Packaging, Manufacturing or related)
• Experience in regulated industries (medical, pharma, automotive) preferred
• Experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end with structured project management
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills
• Willingness to travel
