Experteer Overview
In this role, you will define and lead the QA automation strategy for a scalable, distributed platform in Barcelona. You will work across microservices and event-driven architectures to embed quality across engineering teams. You will build automation frameworks, integrate testing into CI/CD and promote a quality-first culture. This position offers a hybrid setup and the chance to shape testing practices in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades
• +4 years of experience in QA Automation / SDET / Quality Engineering
• Strong software development background
• Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch
• Programming skills in C# (.NET) or experience with TypeScript or Go
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Docker
• Knowledge of CI/CD and quality gates
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, etc.)
