Experteer Overview
In this role, you will manage general MHE Lifecycle procurement, focusing on spare parts, hotline services, and maintenance, to support Amazon’s operations and RME customers. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, shape sourcing strategies, and drive cost reductions and process improvements. You will work across regions to optimize OPEX and standardize maintenance pricing, while enabling efficient post-site-aftermarket support.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for spare parts, hotline, and maintenance services
• Manage supplier performance and SLA compliance for the MHE lifecycle portfolio
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals with suppliers
• Contribute to RSPL process improvement and catalog optimization
• Support Supply Chain Risk Assessments for spare parts and new MHE Integrators
• Collaborate with RME field teams and suppliers to fulfill internal customer needs
• Develop AI tools to optimize procurement activities for spare parts
• Monitor and report on category KPIs and supplier performance metrics
• Standardize maintenance service scopes and pricing across regions
• Prepare reporting and dashboards for leadership on spend and supplier performance
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in supply chain
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships
