Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead the marketplace market intelligence agenda and drive knowledge sharing across Europe. You’ll translate data and market insights into actionable recommendations to improve seller growth, performance, and operational learning. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to embed best practices and scale successful approaches across banners. The position offers hybrid working with frequent collaboration across sites and a clear impact on decision-making and investment choices.

• Define and own the Group Marketplace market intelligence agenda
• Analyze marketplace performance data, seller trends and market developments to spot improvement opportunities
• Monitor competitor activity and evolving e-commerce models across the landscape
• Document and share best practices via a central knowledge base and enable consistent replications
• Lead roll-out of best practices across banners, aligning with local teams and tracking impact




• Translate complex data into narratives for senior stakeholders to support business cases, OKRs and investments
• Drive post-launch reviews and embed a test-and-learn culture to scale insights across banners

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on marketplace experience with growth, seller ecosystems, performance and strategy
• Cross-functional collaboration experience (Product, Operations, Finance, or Commercial)
• Experience building or scaling knowledge management or continuous improvement initiatives
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar)
• Experience using automation, data tooling or AI to improve efficiency and scalability
