Experteer Overview
In this role you monitor and investigate API-related incidents to ensure reliable services across environments. You collaborate with developers and QA to reproduce issues and support debugging in .NET, C#, and SQL Server data interactions. You leverage ElasticSearch for log analysis and perform T-SQL queries to validate data during issue resolution. You communicate with stakeholders in a distributed, international setting and participate in Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.

• Monitor system performance during production deployments
• Investigate API incidents by analyzing logs (ElasticSearch) and configurations
• Run T-SQL queries on SQL Server to support analysis and validation
• Serve as first point of contact for API issues and escalate when needed
• Collaborate with developers and QA to reproduce and debug .NET-based APIs




• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Document findings, common issues, and solutions for continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in a distributed, international setup

Responsabilidades
• Solid understanding of API concepts (SOAP and REST)
• Experience with ElasticSearch for log analysis
• Familiarity with system configuration troubleshooting
• Knowledge of databases, T-SQL, SQL Server for queries and data validation
• Basic experience with C# and .NET environments for debugging
• Experience in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
• Strong English communication (written and spoken)
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team
