Experteer Overview
As a Senior Front-End Developer at Hitachi, you design and evolve high-quality, responsive UIs for critical enterprise applications. You will work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver scalable front-end solutions and a superb user experience. You’ll translate requirements into maintainable code, drive front-end architecture, and mentor junior developers. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping how users interact with mission-critical systems and staying at the forefront of front-end technology.

• Design, develop, and implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Angular
• Translate UI/UX designs and requirements into clean, reusable front-end code
• Collaborate with backend teams, UX/UI designers, and product managers on end-to-end solutions
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance, and accessibility best practices
• Contribute to front-end architecture, state management, and component-based development
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards
• Troubleshoot UI issues across environments and implement testing strategies (unit/integration/e2e)

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of front-end development experience in enterprise or large-scale apps
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
• Mandatory Angular experience; React or Vue.js are a plus
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Redux, Vuex) is a plus
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) is desirable
• Version control with Git
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and UX best practices is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams
