Experteer Overview
As a firmware developer, you will build and enhance embedded FW for TI C2000-based power devices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software that meets QoS standards and sprint timelines. You’ll design, debug, and document firmware while advancing tests and verification. This role offers hands-on impact in accelerating solar and energy storage solutions and shaping next-generation power management applications.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and maintain embedded firmware for power devices, primarily TI C2000 family
• Follow QoS-guided SW processes, collaborate via GitLab and Redmine, and manage code reviews
• Create design documents and ensure code quality and timely delivery within sprints
• Debug, perform unit tests,



and verify software; participate in daily scrums and periodic planning
• Support other departments and assist customer testing facilities when needed
• Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to training

Responsabilidades
• Proven C programming experience
• Experience with structured, well-documented software development
• Embedded software development experience (preferred)
• Python programming (preferred)
• Experience with version control and issue tracking (GitLab, Redmine) (preferred)
• Doxygen for code documentation (preferred)
• Unit testing experience (preferred)
