We are looking for a Genesys Cloud Developer.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Development & Configuration

-

- Develop and enhance Live Chat, Web Messaging, Social Messaging, and Digital Customer Service capabilities

- Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions within Cognigy Live Chat flows, enabling intelligent automation, contextual decision‑making, and efficient customer support journeys

- Build and maintain Architect flows supporting digital customer interactions

- Support the deployment and release of new digital capabilities into production environments

Integration & Automation

-

- Develop and maintain integrations between Genesys Cloud and enterprise systems such as Cognigy.AI, PAX CRM, customer data platforms, authentication services, and Lufthansa Ground backend applications

- Utilize Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, Web Services, and event‑driven integrations

- Support workflow automation initiatives that improve customer and agent experiences

- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure reliable and secure system connectivity

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration‑related issues

Customer Experience & Optimization

- Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions





- Support the continuous improvement of digital customer journeys and servicing experiences

- Analyze customer interaction flows and identify opportunities for optimization

- Support experimentation, proof‑of‑concepts, and innovation initiatives

Operational Support & Quality

- Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution for production incidents

- Support testing activities, including system integration testing & user acceptance testing

- Ensure solutions are developed according to best practices, security requirements, and platform standards

- Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and configuration records

Agile Delivery

-

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and release activities

Required Skills & Experience (Must‑have)

-

- Experience developing and configuring solutions within Genesys Cloud CX

- Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud Digital Engagement capabilities

- Strong knowledge of integrating Cognigy with Genesys Cloud to deliver seamless customer and agent experiences

- Experience configuring Messaging, Live Chat, Digital Routing, and Architect flows

- Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, Web Services, and integration frameworks

- Understanding of customer service and contact center operations

- Experience troubleshooting complex customer interaction and routing scenarios

- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, authentication mechanisms, and integration patterns

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
