Experteer Overview
In this role you will support Finance EMEA by measuring, booking and validating accounting and management adjustments across reporting axes. You will oversee suspense provisioning and tax provisions, ensure effective accounting controls with Back Offices, and contribute to regulatory and non-standard feeds. You will assist management, respond to auditors, and drive process improvements within a cross-functional, international environment. This is a chance to shape financial governance on the Infinity Platform in Madrid.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Measure and book adjustments for accounting and management accounting across reporting axes
• Review and perform Suspense Provisioning and tax provisions
• Oversee accounting controls via Back Offices and quarterly sub-certification
• Control and analyse data for regulatory reporting and disclosure production
• Provide supervision on LoD1 control and ensure data accuracy from back office tools
• Support Back and Middle Offices on accounting aspects




• Assist management in responding to questions from external auditors and other groups; escalate issues as needed
• Contribute to upgrades/releases of reporting tools and identify process improvements

Responsabilidades
• Master Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Up to 4 years experience in Finance within Banking (Accounting, Reporting, analysis)
• English Advanced; French or other European languages a plus
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS (IFRS9 a plus) and data analytics
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Self-starter and team player in a matrix, deadline-driven environment
