Experteer Overview
In this strategic finance leadership role, you shape property-level financial strategy and ensure ROI-aligned performance. You will partner with the GM and executive team to implement the brand’s service strategy and drive profitable growth. You create and manage the annual business plan, budget, and forecasts, identifying cost-saving opportunities and risk controls. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver financial results that support guests, associates, and owners, while upholding brand standards. This role offers the chance to influence pivotal financial decisions at scale and contribute to the brand’s strategic direction.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and optimize profit through cost-benefit analysis and new business opportunities
• Create and manage annual operating budget and forecasts; monitor actual vs. projected sales
• Provide analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost savings and productivity opportunities
• Lead development and execution of comprehensive annual business plan aligned with company strategy




• Ensure strong accounting and operational controls to safeguard assets and improve profitability
• Oversee audits (internal, external, regulatory) and ensure compliance with standards
• Assess cash flow, working capital, and owner priorities; communicate financial concepts clearly to stakeholders
• Manage and mentor the finance team; conduct performance appraisals and allocate accountable authority

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's in Finance and Accounting or related major with 3 years relevant experience OR Master’s in Finance and Accounting with 1 year relevant experience
• strong analytical skills and financial modeling
• experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
• ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• proven leadership and team-management capabilities
• familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance
• focus on profitability and operational efficiency
