Experteer Overview
In this role you design and deploy advanced statistical models and reporting to enable data-driven decision making. You’ll work with data engineers, developers and scientists to deliver impactful analytics that guide strategy, and contribute to high-visibility projects with broad business impact. You’ll help establish data standards, build new data solutions, and empower stakeholders with insight. The position offers hybrid work and a chance to contribute to CHEP’s sustainability-focused mission at scale.

• Analyze high-volume data from diverse sources to derive actionable insights
• Develop and maintain standardized outputs including dashboards and visualizations
• Respond to ad-hoc analysis by creating new reports and dashboards
• Support regular KPI reporting and ensure relevance to business needs
• Synthesize findings into clear insights for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver data-driven insights
• Improve reporting processes by staying current with industry trends
• Provide technical support and training on analytical tools and methodologies
• Design, build and automate business metrics for strategic initiatives
• Develop and deploy deep-dive analyses for asset control requirements




• Present data insights to educate and champion a data-informed culture
• Propose enhancements to tools and processes and create internal documentation
• Investigate external data sources to add value for asset control processes

Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years working experience
• English advanced mandatory
• Python and SQL mandatory
• Strong mathematical and statistical background
• Experience with statistical inference
• Experience with Data Warehouse platforms (e.g., AWS Athena, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Ability to write, improve and troubleshoot complex SQL queries
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Experience with process automation via Python, VBA or similar
• Experience building dashboards with PowerBI or Tableau
• Analytical background transforming data into insights
• Comfortable presenting to senior management and explaining complex ideas
• Experience designing visual presentations to tell data stories
• Experience working in remote teams
• Proven ability to manage tasks, priorities, automation and planning
• Experience with change management
