Experteer Overview
In this integral role, you drive the Build One - Use Everywhere model for cloud platforms and services, coordinating across America, APJ, and Europe. You’ll align platform owners, commercial, and technical stakeholders to shape the global strategy and prioritize initiatives with Microsoft, AWS, and TD SYNNEX partners. You’ll monitor performance, manage risks, and keep senior leadership informed with impactful messaging. The role blends strategic planning, program governance, and hands-on technical depth to enable scale and successful execution.

• Coordinate implementation and success of products and platform across multiple regions
• Develop and consolidate global strategy with platform owners and stakeholders across commercial, technical, operational, and organizational domains
• Prioritize initiatives with MSFT/AWS and TD SYNNEX platforms, manage timelines, staffing, control, and governance
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and maximize results while adhering to legal and internal policies
• Maintain cadence with senior management, delivering consistent messaging and executive-ready presentations
• Track workstream progress, milestones, and impact realization
• Demonstrate deep understanding of technology and provide detailed demonstrations when needed




• Navigate opportunities and risks within TD SYNNEX and vendor ecosystems to adjust course as required

Responsabilidades
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to network, negotiate, and influence senior stakeholders
• Proven program director experience or 5–10 years in product ownership
• IT channel experience, preferably in Managed Services/Hosting or pan-European distributors
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving; solid project/program management knowledge
• Data analysis, reporting, and budgeting proficiency
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs in market; familiarity with TD SYNNEX cloud platforms a plus
• Passion for technology and Cloud; understanding of Cloud Computing (Microsoft or AWS preferred)
• Independent working style with ownership mindset
• Fluent in English, strong written and spoken communication
• Willingness to travel and work across time zones; experience with remote, international, cross-matrix management
