As Head of Engineering in Diagnostics Ru0026amp;D, you will lead the engineering foundation and develop your people to grow, remove obstacles, and set clear goals. You’ll drive software and service delivery, align with stakeholders, and build efficient cross-functional collaboration. You will architect next-gen DIA Ru0026amp;D platforms combining AI/ML, laboratory informatics, and computational science, while upholding GxP and validation standards. Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or advanced degree in engineering, IT, or business
• 10+ years in software and platform engineering
• 5+ years leading cross-functional technical teams
• 5+ years in regulated life sciences (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5)
• 3+ years leading production AI/ML engineering teams (LLM platforms, MLOps, vector databases, RAG)
• Hands-on experience with laboratory informatics platforms (Sapio, Benchling, LabVantage)
• Experience with HPC, cloud compute, and data standards (FAIR, CDISC)
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, API design, Docker/Kubernetes, GitOps
• Executive presence and ability to translate technical investment into business value
Requisitos principales
• Salary range 30,300 - 56,300 PLN gross monthly
