As Lead Product Manager for AI u0026amp; Automation in Finance, you shape and scale AI-enabled digital products that enhance efficiency, compliance, and decision quality. You will own a complex ecosystem across Finance processes, partnering with data, AI, risk, and operations teams to deliver measurable business value. You’ll drive agile delivery, governance, and adoption while steering the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to retirement. This role offers visibility across a global, regulated environment and a chance to transform Finance with scalable, intelligent solutions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and govern a portfolio of AI- and automation-enabled digital products across Finance processes
• Collaborate with product development, data, AI, Finance, risk, legal and operations teams for cohesive delivery and operations
• Drive agile practices across squads, including backlog prioritization and user-story co-creation aligned with outcomes
• Assess value potential, adoption, performance, and lifecycle decisions (scaling, standardization, retirement)
• Provide architectural guidance and enable delivery for IT Finance platform solutions owned by other squads
• Bridge business, technology, data and AI to support Finance strategy and enterprise objectives
• Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap with end-to-end ownership




• Lead structured discovery and delivery using Design Thinking and outcome-driven methods
• Monitor user feedback and performance metrics to maximize business impact
• Mentor and coach junior product managers and strengthen agile practices

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics or comparable experience
• 8+ years in Product Management in complex digital environments
• 4+ years in Agile/DevOps environments
• 3+ years in AI/ML, intelligent automation (RPA, IDP, workflow automation), or data-driven products
• Experience managing complex product ecosystems, not single applications
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (Accounting, Reporting, Planning, Compliance) or equivalent experience with Finance teams
• Proven ability to lead across organizational boundaries
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with Design Thinking, user-centered design and user analysis
• Experience building product vision, roadmap, strategy, and competitive analysis
