Experteer Overview
As Client Manager for Global Network Banking, you will coordinate onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service for multinational clients, acting as the primary liaison with internal partners. You’ll support a growing Spain portfolio and contribute to ambitious new client acquisition, ensuring a seamless, compliant client experience. You’ll manage credit-related interactions, KYC ownership, and day-to-day operations to sustain strong relationships. This role offers exposure to cross-country banking solutions and a chance to drive efficiency in a global platform.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Maintain professional client relationships and support origination activities with RAMs, PAMs, and client reps
• Identify and originate low-complexity opportunities and contribute to campaigns (account planning, wallet sizing, product initiatives)
• Manage credit requests and monitor credit lines in collaboration with internal teams, escalating exceptions
• Own end-to-end onboarding and post-implementation follow-up,



including client documentation and training facilitation
• Serve as the primary contact for client escalations, coordinating service delivery and tracking feedback
• Act as designated KYC owner for a client portfolio, maintaining accurate client profiles and compliance

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in client management or related financial services role
• Product knowledge and understanding of operational processes and KYC/AML regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proven problem-solving ability to resolve client issues and improve processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-service mindset
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluency in Spanish and English
