Experteer Overview
You will drive adoption of Santander's Data u0026amp; AI portfolio across geographies by designing and implementing change strategies. You will work with global and local teams to accelerate adoption, account for regulatory and cultural contexts, and sustain transformation. In this role you shape how people, structure and processes come together to enable AI-driven change at scale. You will engage stakeholders across functions to deliver measurable impact and value.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Mobilize and sustain a global-local Change Champion network with guidance, materials, and follow-up
• Assess organizational readiness and cultural maturity, synthesize feedback, and document findings
• Support delivery of change actions within high-impact use cases ensuring alignment with the broader change experience
• Track adoption metrics and collect feedback to measure effectiveness and sustainability of change efforts
• Collaborate with Business, Technology,



Talent, Compliance to integrate change activities into operational plans
• Support deployment of organizational models and team structures aligned with Santander's Data u0026 AI framework

Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years in transformation, enablement, change management or operating model deployment in large or matrixed organizations
• Familiarity with Data u0026 AI initiatives and their impact on roles, governance, and collaboration
• Experience supporting multi-stakeholder projects involving business, technology, data and compliance
• Strong communication skills to translate strategy into actionable frameworks
• High organizational awareness and stakeholder engagement in federated/global environments
• Proficient in English (C1 minimum)
