As Principal Unity Developer at Catalog Games, you define the technical vision for Unity across the portfolio and lead long-term architecture. You will guide migration strategies from C++ and custom engines while shaping scalable patterns for multi-title development. You collaborate with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality player experiences and sustainable foundations for future growth. This role blends hands-on coding with strategic leadership to drive the Unity roadmap and technical culture.

• Lead architectural initiatives, including migration plans from C++ and custom engines to Unity
