You will align priorities with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery. You’ll translate complex project data into actionable plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. This role centers on coordination rather than coding, offering a chance to shape AI initiatives within Lear.

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of AI and software-related projects
• Manage project resources and support capacity planning across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to align priorities, timelines, and resource needs
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

• Monitor project progress, identify risks,

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or resource management roles
• Experience working in software, data, digital, AI, or technology-driven project environments
• Strong Spanish and English communication skills, with the ability to conduct meetings in English and Spanish
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
