Experteer Overview
In this role you will architect and oversee diverse database platforms to enable Sanofi’s digital transformation as an AI-first organization. You will lead the design, implementation and operation of scalable, secure database infrastructure, collaborating with a general team to modernize platforms and reduce downtime. You’ll balance reliability with cutting-edge tech while staying compliant with industry standards. This is a high-visibility position that shapes how we manage data at scale and across domains.

• Lead planning, design, implementation and management of complex database platforms
• Ensure reliability, scalability and performance of database infrastructure

• Ensure security controls and compliance with GDPR/HIPAA; participate in audits

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of database administration experience across Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server and cloud databases
• 3+ years hands-on experience with cloud DB services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database)
• Extensive certifications in one or more database technologies; DevOps certifications (Terraform, Ansible) or equivalent experience
• Strong scripting/automation skills (SQL, Python, PowerShell)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with change control, incident/problem management, CMDB/GxP validation
