Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in global environments
• Knowledge of testing, validation, quality management, and compliance best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with fluent English
