Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead marketing automation initiatives within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, shaping cloud-based architectures and reusable automation patterns. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and optimize customer journeys and automated communications. The role sits at the intersection of strategic consulting and hands-on delivery, enabling data-driven martech solutions at scale. You will contribute to Omega CRM’s mission of delivering customer-centric CX and AI-enabled marketing outcomes.

• Implement automated communications to meet customer needs at various touchpoints
• Stay current with latest martech and marketing technology trends
• Document processes and monitor system performance metrics
• Conduct test trials, diagnose issues, and resolve problems in marketing automation tools
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in designing and executing campaigns
• Solid familiarity with the broader Salesforce CRM ecosystem
• Strong background in database management and automation software
• AMPscript experience is highly desirable
• Strong analytical mindset for evaluating performance and adopting tech advancements
• Advanced English proficiency
