In this role, you will lead agile delivery for enterprise integrations, driving sprint commitments and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll partner with Product Owners to clarify requirements and optimize delivery processes, influencing project metrics and outcomes. Located in Barcelona, you join a culture of continuous innovation and collaboration, shaping scalable integration solutions that align with Gartner’s mission. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies (planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, retros)
• Drive sprint commitments, roadmap releases, and delivery process improvements
• Remove impediments and foster accountability and collaboration
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify and prioritize requirements
• Track and report project metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity) and maintain leadership dashboards
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for integration projects
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues across the lifecycle




• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and onboard new team members
• Serve as main point of contact for project communications and stakeholder relationships

Responsabilidades
• 2–4 years of project management experience in a scrum/AGILE environment
• Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies and working with agile teams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a must
• PMP is a plus
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, SQS, EventBridge) integration projects is a plus
• Experience in a shared services environment is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
