Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape and deploy MMM strategy, lead strategic programs, and incubate growth initiatives to scale execution across Zones, Strategic Accounts, BUs, and Operations. You will act as the market expert for MMM in Heavy Industries, driving thought leadership and strategic partnerships. You will translate strategy into actionable programs and governance, enabling sustainable differentiation and value creation for Schneider Electric. The position offers a meaningful opportunity to influence market strategy, incubate innovations, and accelerate growth in MMM.

• Develop, improve and deploy MMM strategic programs and UVPs; create playbooks, battlecards, analyses, and training materials
• Translate MMM strategy into actionable initiatives and execution frameworks
• Align MMM strategy with Heavy Industries Segment and corporate priorities
• Lead strategic incubations including new applications/use cases, innovations, and partnerships

• Govern initiatives with clear objectives, milestones, relevance and scalability

• Support Global and Regional Strategic Accounts,



Zones, and Countries in deploying MMM initiatives
• Represent MMM strategy in internal/external strategic forums and customer/partner engagements
• Position Schneider Electric as a trusted strategic partner beyond product/project delivery
• Act as strategic interface between strategy, offers, sales, operations and marketing
• Foster cross-functional alignment across GSA/RSA, BUs, Operations, and Services
• Involve Sustainability u0026 Circularity and Digitalization themes in deployment and execution

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Strategy, Economics, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or market roles
• Strong exposure to Mining, Minerals u0026 Metals, and Energy or process industries
• Proven experience in strategic program management and cross-functional leadership
• Solid understanding of MMM value chains, CAPEX/OPEX drivers, and customer decision processes
• Experience working with integral and regional organizations
