Experteer Overview
In this role you will diagnose complex IT infrastructure issues and design end-to-end solutions across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable systems and clear documentation. You’ll balance hands-on delivery with strategic planning to improve stability and delivery speed. This is a growth-focused position in a culture that values belonging and continuous learning.

• Review and validate change documentation including scope, description, objectives, and risk management plans
• Assess impact on infrastructure, business applications and critical services, identifying risks
• Coordinate with affected technical teams and manage dependencies across towers
• Handle change approval workflows (CAB/ECAB) and notify stakeholders
• Plan deployment windows,



avoid conflicts with freezes and other high-risk changes

Responsabilidades
• Deep expertise in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering or networking
• Enterprise IT application experience
• Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps, systems administration, or systems architecture within an AWS public cloud environment
• Windows and Linux operating systems knowledge
