In this role, you will support EU Labour Planning to deliver central guidance and weekly projections that inform scalable, long-term plans. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic questions into projects and identify data requirements. You will uncover insights from historical trends and share learnings with senior leadership to shape decisions. You design scalable execution plans for long-term opportunities, driving cross-functional initiatives and standardization across regions. This is an opportunities to influence last-mile operations at scale and partner with diverse teams to deliver measurable impact.
