Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive continuous improvement in Services Operations by applying lean methods and MES-driven execution tools. You’ll standardize processes, track KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance maintenance efficiency. You will contribute to the Digital Transformation roadmap and help meet maintenance objectives, delivering measurable impact across the organization.

• Standardize processes across maintenance activities
• Notify railway safety incidents/near misses to supervisors and EHS managers

• Collaborate with Production to base decisions on data analysis

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or related studies
• 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Essential: Applied knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
• Essential: Advanced proficiency in MES and SAP
• English level: C1
• Desirable: Knowledge of Python, Visual Basic, Big Data and Automation Processes
