Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the end-to-end onboarding for Spring Health customers, coordinating across Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success to go-live. You will act as the primary implementation contact for EMEA-based clients and support US-based customers when time zones allow. You’ll balance project management with strategic customer consulting to resolve evolving needs and drive scalable onboarding processes. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping how customers start using our AI-native platform to deliver personalized mental health support.

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations from transition to go-live
• Be the primary customer contact during implementation and build strong relationships
• Define and align customer requirements internally and externally for successful go-live
• Own non-standard customer requests and turn them into repeatable processes
• Manage project plans for internal and external stakeholders with timely updates
• Identify onboarding risks and escalate to leadership as needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable, automated improvements to the process




• Serve as a team and cross-functional subject-matter expert on implementation
• Support Sales to help prospects understand and trust the implementation process

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree or higher
• 3+ years in implementation, customer success, account management, client services, or client operations
• Experience creating cross-functional product requirements documents, SOPs, or playbooks
• Advanced experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Rocketlane)
• Strong listening and communication skills with a strategic, problem-solving approach
• High integrity, organization, attention to detail, humility, resourcefulness, professionalism
• Ability to align internal and external stakeholders around complex customer needs
• Willingness to travel approx. 10%
• Multilingual with fluency in English and at least one additional relevant language

• base salary range: €49,600–€57,040
