Experteer Overview
In this role you enable seamless onboarding and integration of Solera software solutions for clients, working closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll guide migrations from legacy estimating platforms to Qapter, develop implementation documentation, and become a product SME to optimize customer workflows. You’ll monitor timelines, support post-implementation, and collect feedback to improve processes. This position offers a hands-on role in delivering value at scale and shaping customer outcomes within a general technology-focused company.

• Assist clients migrating from legacy estimating platforms to Qapter to minimize operational disruption
• Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and generate Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure alignment
• Develop and maintain implementation documents (user guides, project plans) for clarity and consistency
• Become Subject Matter Expert on the product suite to advise on best workflows and configurations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues during implementation
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met
• Provide post-implementation support and address client inquiries or issues




• Gather client feedback to improve the implementation process and customer satisfaction
• Analyze implementation metrics to identify trends and drive improvements
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams to align implementation with business objectives
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the process

Responsabilidades
• Strong understanding of automotive standards and processes, especially bodyshop
• Proven experience delivering SaaS UI u0026 API implementations at scale
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility with stakeholders
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Customer-centric approach with high motivation and results orientation
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to travel (u003c20%)
• Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, PowerBI
• Experience with legacy system migrations (especially estimating platforms)
• Knowledge of the automotive industry; experience in collision repair preferred
