As Finance Manager you will oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and governance to drive accurate performance insights. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and support cash flow, budgeting, and KPI tracking in a multinational setting. The role contributes to financial control, risk management, and compliance across IFRS and local standards. You’ll operate in a collaborative, international environment with growth and development opportunities.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Oversee financial reporting and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with IFRS and company standards
• Prepare and supervise budgets, forecasts, and management reporting with KPI analysis
• Drive financial control, risk management, and governance, including audits
• Support cash flow optimization, working capital management, and CAPEX monitoring




• Partner with stakeholders across the business and supervise local payroll activities and HR administrative support

Responsabilidades
• At least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, and FPu0026A capabilities
• Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple regional stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) with strong communication and collaboration skills
