Role: Professional Services Consultant – Zero Trust (Madrid Based)

Are you a seasoned security expert with a passion for Zero Trust architecture and enterprise-level implementation? We’re seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join a leading Cyber Security vendor delivering cutting-edge Zero Trust and SASE solutions to general clients.

Responsibilities

-

- Lead technical delivery of Zero Trust services, ensuring timely and organized implementation.

- Gather requirements, design solutions, and produce technical documentation (HLDs, LLDs, test plans, migration plans, etc.).

- Execute changes within customer environments and provide integration guidance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, collaborating with support and engineering teams.

- Share knowledge internally and externally, contributing to best practices and operational assets.

Qualifications

- 5+ years in technical implementation, onboarding, or security engineering roles.

- Strong understanding of OSI layers, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP.

- Expertise in Zero Trust technologies: ZTNA, SWG, RBI, DLP, CASB, Cloud Email Security.

- Familiarity with SSO, LDAP, SAML, ADFS, and IdP configurations.

- Experience with proxies, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint troubleshooting across Windows, MacOS, and Linux.

- Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.

- Experience with MDM platforms, AzureAD, Intune, Active Directory.

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2).

- Security certifications (CISSP, GCIA, CCNP, etc.) are a strong advantage.

- Fluency in a second European language.
