Experteer Overview
In this role you will champion safety culture across the project and coordinate with EPC/FEED contractors to deliver engineering outcomes. You will review designs, supervise technical deliverables, and facilitate cross-functional meetings with Owner, Vendors, and contractors. You will drive design optimization, ensure compliance with codes, and manage interfaces to enable safe, efficient project delivery in Oil u0026amp; Gas or Petrochemical contexts. This position offers impact through shaping project execution in a integral energy services firm focused on sustainable solutions.

• Champion the Project Safety culture and engagement activities
• Identify and resolve PM and electrical engineering issues in early work and FEED phases
• Coordinate project activities on behalf of Owner with EPC/FEED contractor
• Review and approve contractor electrical deliverables and design calculations to ensure compliance
• Attend EPC/FEED contractor meetings and site offices to discuss progress
• Review and approve key design documents from vendors and subcontractors
• Participate in technical meetings with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendors
• Lead design reviews, 3D model reviews, constructability, SIL, EIA,



HAZOP/HAZID sessions
• Ensure project quality procedures are established and followed by the contractor
• Coordinate engineering participation in design option analysis and business model development
• Coordinate other discipline engineers in reviews and technical workshops
• Provide technical assistance and coordination across disciplines
• Coordinate auditing activities and implementation of improvement recommendations
• Manage interfaces between EPC/FEED contractor, Owner and external parties
• Coordinate technical reviews and analyses during vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation
• Review technical bid submissions and perform analysis

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 15+ years of relevant Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical experience
• 5+ years in GCC region preferred
• 5+ years in a similar leadership role managing a team of engineers
• ADNOC project experience required
• Offshore project experience required
• PMC experience required
• Experience in FEED u0026 EPC phases required
