In this HR Generalist role, you partner with the business to elevate the employee experience and drive talent outcomes. You will work closely with people leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions and support the diabetes business during MiniMed's standalone phase. You’ll guide change, strengthen culture, and use data to inform people decisions. You join a mission-driven team focused on growth, innovation, and better patient care.

• Utilize HR data analytics and metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience
• Proven track record of working with business leaders
• Ability to analyze complex data and drive fact-based decision making
• Strong coaching, consulting and influencing skills
