Experteer Overview
In this role you partner with top Account Executives to architect bespoke, multi-million euro workforce solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll diagnose transformation bottlenecks, design integrated delivery models, and secure executive buy-in. You’ll codify scalable IP and contribute to market thought leadership. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and enterprise sales, shaping Malt’s standard approach to large-scale external workforce programs.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead high-impact discovery workshops to identify operational inefficiencies and transformation bottlenecks
• Act as a trusted Solution Architect, designing bespoke workforce delivery models that integrate with large enterprise ecosystems
• Produce customized enterprise solution blueprints and ROI-based executive pitches
• Develop and defend financial models to demonstrate economic value to procurement and finance leaders
• Deliver winning tender submissions and clearly scoped enterprise pilots with KPIs
• Create scalable IP and playbooks from client wins to uplift the sales organization
• Support market evangelism through white papers and participation in industry conferences
Responsabilidades
• Quantifiable track record in B2B Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Enterprise Strategy Consulting
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment across HR, IT, Legal, and Procurement in multi-country transformation programs
• Proven excellence in crafting narrative-driven pitches backed by ROI models
• Full fluency in English; native or high proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
• Strong capability in enterprise deal architecture and executive-level engagement
