In this role you drive commercial growth and technical adoption of Cytiva solutions across advanced therapy workflows, supporting viral vectors, nucleic acid therapies, and next-generation biologics. You work across Germany in a remote setup, collaborating with field experts to train customers and advance design-in initiatives. You’ll manage pipelines, contribute to lead generation, and help translate technology into real patient impact. Join a mission-driven team accelerating life-changing therapies.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own advanced therapy workflows (viral vectors, vaccines based on viral vectors, pDNA, exosomes, synthetic DNA, mRNA, oligonucleotides) with deep knowledge of biology and manufacturing
• Drive order growth in the territory by expanding Cytiva technologies and introducing solutions via Design-In initiatives
• Collaborate with Field Application Specialists to test, demonstrate, and deliver technical training at customer sites




• Support marketing and lead generation by coordinating events and customer engagements to generate and convert MQLs
• Manage CRM and funnel execution in SFDC aligned with playbooks (MQL, Design-In, Funnel)

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong experience in bioprocessing, cell and gene therapy, vaccines, or advanced therapy commercialization, support, or technical sales
• Demonstrated experience with advanced therapy modalities (viral vectors, nucleic acids, cell-based manufacturing)
• Proficiency with CRM systems (SFDC) for opportunity and funnel tracking
• Experience supporting Design-In programs, technical evaluations, or customer adoption of complex bioprocessing technologies
