- Execute daily administrative tasks for VAT and Intrastat reporting, including precise data extraction, formatting, and timely submission.
- Support a continuous improvement mindset by ensuring the accuracy of databases and optimizing administrative workflows.
- Uphold an effective system of Internal Controls, meticulously archiving tax returns and documentation for both internal and external audits.
- Assist in the accurate preparation of periodic tax declarations.
- Handle and respond to notifications received from tax authorities.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Vocational Training (FP) or a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, or a similar relevant field.
- Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in other European languages will be a strong asset.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills essential for effective data handling and analysis.
- Prior experience with SAP is highly valued and strongly preferred.
