Experteer Overview
In this role you guide Sprinklr’s most strategic enterprise engagements, setting architectural direction at scale. You serve as a senior technical authority across AI-driven customer engagement initiatives and influence product direction through deep customer insight. You’ll own end-to-end transformation programs and establish enterprise standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel architectures. You’ll also mentor other architects and represent Sprinklr as a thought leader in AI-powered CX.

Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center/UC environments
• 5+ years leading CCaaS software architecture at scale
• Deep expertise in AI, automation, and machine learning
• Proven leadership in multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, and real-time data architectures
• Strong executive presence and strategic influence
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, or Engineering; Master's strongly preferred
