As Engineering Technical Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams on international EPC projects for BOP emergency power plants, guiding technical strategy from concept to start-up. You will align expertise with business priorities, drive high-quality decision making, and scale processes for efficiency and delivery. You’ll mentor engineers, manage resources and priorities, and collaborate with general teams and customers. • Bachelor degree in Engineering; postgraduate degree may be preferred or required for some roles
• Experience in technical specialist or early engineering leadership within product, technology, or engineering services
• Track record in technical problem solving, decision making, team leadership, and conflict resolution
