The Nebrija Business and Technology School is looking to add a Principal Researcher to its team.

Functions:

To carry out high-quality research in the following areas:

- Business innovation and digital transformation.
- Technology management and entrepreneurship.
- Data-driven decision making and digital business models.
- The impact of emerging technologies on organizations and markets.

Active participation in the search for and drafting of proposals for European, national, and regional research projects.

Drafting and publishing scientific articles.





Teaching classes in the Nebrija Business and Technology School.

Assisting with research management tasks in the School.

Requirements:

Doctorate related to business, management, technology, or related fields.

One to two six-year periods of research experience.

Proven scientific and technological experience in the field of business and technology.

Publications in Q1 and Q2 scientific journals in recent years.

Participation in at least two competitive R&D;&I; projects. Participation as principal investigator will be valued.

University teaching accreditation.

Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Leadership and social skills.

Positively valued:

Supervision of doctoral theses.

International postdoctoral mobility.

Participation in internationally recognized conferences.

Participation in international technical or academic committees.

Relevant research awards and distinctions.
