Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead large-scale construction projects, coordinating with architects, engineers and suppliers to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes. You work closely with cross‑functional teams to apply governance, best practices and rigorous reporting. You will manage milestones, budgets and interfaces across multiple projects, driving on-site execution and timely decisions. This role offers the chance to shape complex programs for clients and impact significant infrastructure and data centre initiatives. • Maintain interface with suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.

• Forecast and update milestones and budgets.
• Manage local design teams per commission criteria and provide technical support to owners, architects, GC and regional stakeholders.
• Offer guidance on cost control, value engineering and constructability as needed.
• Conduct independent reviews of status reports, drawings, timelines and costs.
• Develop excellent client relationships to maximize new opportunities.
• Provide strategic advice to help achieve client and business objectives.
• Capture key information and learnings from each project; identify process improvements.
• Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
• 5–10 years of project management experience in a Data Centre or similar technical environment
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Availability for on-site work
