Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead inbound logistics and receiving operations, ensuring accurate unloading and storage of materials while optimizing resources. You will coordinate supplier deliveries, supervise a receiving team, and maintain inventory integrity in SAP/WMS. You’ll drive KPI monitoring and support continuous improvement across receiving and transportation. This is a hands-on role in a general manufacturing environment, with a clear impact on service levels, efficiency, and safety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape reliable, scalable logistics processes.

• Coordinate daily inbound receiving operations including unloading, identification, and initial storage of materials
• Plan and supervise the receiving team's workload for efficiency and on-time execution
• Coordinate inbound transportation from suppliers and optimize warehouse resources
• Supervise material receipt in SAP/WMS ensuring accuracy and data integrity
• Coordinate internal and local material transport between production sites, suppliers, and external warehouses




• Manage flow and control of returnable packaging, ensuring availability and traceability
• Lead and coach the receiving team to promote safety and collaboration
• Monitor KPIs related to inbound operations, receiving incidents, and packaging management
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for receiving, transportation and material supply processes

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Experience coordinating or supervising operational teams
• Vocational Training or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
