Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive strategic and high-impact projects across Europe for EDP, shaping options, scenarios and execution plans. You will conduct market, financial, and competitive analyses to support decisions for the region. You will act as transformation engine across functions and advise regional teams on profitability, portfolio and efficiency. You will explore growth topics like BESS, grid constraints, electrification and GenAI-enabled ways of working. You will collaborate with C-level leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Lead strategic projects for the European region, assessing options, translating inputs into recommendations and action plans.
• Conduct market, financial, and competitive analyses to support decision-making across Europe.
• Prepare business cases, strategic assessments, and executive presentations for C-level leadership.
• Act as transformation engine for cross-functional, high-impact initiatives including operating model shifts and high-stake decisions.
• Advise regional and country teams on profitability, portfolio, asset rotation, efficiency and pipeline monitoring.
• Contribute to growth topics such as BESS, hybridization,



grid constraints, data centers, Agri-PV, electrification, market intelligence and GenAI-enabled ways of working.
• Monitor and challenge project pipelines and support assessment of Mu0026A and co-development opportunities from strategic and commercial perspectives.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master in Management, Economics or Engineering with strong academics
• 4-6 years in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, energy, infrastructure, finance or project roles
• Proven track record leading complex strategic or transformation workstreams
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong advantage
• Strong ownership, attention to detail; problem-solving and critical thinking
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; ability to leverage AI to improve productivity
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement
