Experteer Overview
In this Safety Data Analyst role, you will maintain SPI trackers, validate event mapping, and produce data-driven insights for safety forums. You’ll develop and maintain visual tools to present safety performance data and support Titanium outputs. Collaborating with the SMS Data Manager, you’ll analyze trends and ensure accurate, timely reporting in a fast-paced environment. This is a key role in Ryanair’s safety analytics, contributing to safer operations across Europe.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Keep SPI trackers up to date and map events to SPIs using counting rules
• Create data-driven presentations for SAG, SRB, and other forums with accurate Titanium outputs
• Review ESRs for correct event type and SPI mapping; advise on feed to SPIs
• Maintain and develop SPI graph reporting applications and visual tools
• Maintain statistical methods for safety reporting; investigate discrepancies in outputs and dashboards
• Produce safety studies to identify trends and present data as requested by the SMS Data Manager
• Minute taking for Safety office meetings; support Titanium development when needed
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Data-related Field or equivalent work experience
• Aviation experience is preferable but not essential
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures
• Interested in data visualization tools like Power BI; skilled in creating dashboards
• Strong oral and written communication; able to interact with departments and leadership
• Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Knowledge of aviation operations; strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent communication
