As part of DNV Iberia, you will lead the European Rail Centre of Competence, driving growth and technical excellence in rail advisory services. You will guide a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality projects, develop qualification and training programs, and strengthen client relationships as a trusted advisor. You’ll shape the value proposition for rail clients and collaborate with regional teams to scale delivery. This role blends leadership, technical oversight, and a passion for innovation to advance rail projects across Europe.

• Drive training development, delivery and expansion of the rail qualification programme
• Coordinate development needs and programs within the rail function and regional needs
• Own programme and project management and execution
• Define and implement best practices for services delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate with operational teams for optimal resource allocation and project execution
• Understand and implement operational processes to support the team
• Client Relationship Management: address service delivery issues and act as trusted advisor to key rail clients

contribute to regional revenue growth and value propositions, participate in go-to-market activities
• Innovation Management: support ideas for improving service delivery and efficiency in processes

• Customer / stakeholder follow up in projects: strategize to grow the customer base beyond existing portfolio
Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Rail across technical, managerial, and operational functions
• General exposure with proven team leadership/management, preferably international
• Operational Excellence: expertise in programme and project management
• Stakeholder management: aligning cross-functional teams and engaging with industry bodies and clients
• Risk Management: identify, assess and mitigate risks effectively
• Native Spanish and advanced English, additional languages a plus
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally
• Experience in design, implementation, commissioning and maintenance of Rail Subsystems (signalling, rolling stock, infrastructure, energy) is valued
• Consultant/Assessor in rail brownfield/greenfield for Systems Engineering u0026 Systems Assurance is valued
• Rail innovation/digital transformation and Ru0026D project experience is valued
